Install and Connect your PVR
The following pages describe the basic installation options for the DStv PVR Decoder. For more advanced options, please contact a MultiChoice Accredited Installer or the MultiChoice Call Centre.

IMPORTANT The DStv PVRDecoder marketed in Southern Africa is designed to work with a twin LNB installation with two cables connecting the LNB to the PVR. Although the PVR will function with a single cable installation, it will demonstrate instability and some functions will not perform correctly. It is strongly advised to use the correct installation.

If you have technical comments or want to chat to other PVR usersabout the installation of the PVR (including how to hook it up to other devices in your home), please feel free to visit the PVR Forums at www.dstv.com/go/pvr
